This mixed media oil painting was inspired by the magic of a bloom-filled yard, where birds gather to share their adventures and sing songs of hope for humanity and our planet. It is an invitation to pause, to listen deeply, and to reconnect with the quiet wisdom that nature offers.

Built through layered textures and expressive mark-making, the piece blends abstraction and realism—an approach that reflects my signature style of abstract realism. A blue and turquoise palette flows throughout the composition, evoking serenity, depth, and the healing energy of sky and water. Through these luminous tones and tactile surfaces, I seek to create a space where viewers can slow down, breathe, and rediscover their connection to Earth and to one another.
